About You

Anita began her career as a dental nurse and then qualified as a hygienist from Liverpool University Dental Hospital in 1995.

Working in specialist referral practices she has gained extensive and invaluable experience in the treatment of advanced periodontal disease and has lectured at ADI (Association of Dental Implants) Conference, Birmingham ICC and Straumann Implant HQ. She offers non-surgical periodontal therapy if required, working closely with her patients and their dentist she has dramatically reduced the need of a specialist referral. Anita was a nominated finalist for Hygienist of the year 2019 at the {my}dentist clinical awards.

Her passion is dental care and prevention. She is a great communicator, combining encouragement with humour and a great understanding of her patient’s needs. She believes the key is to ‘treat the patient, not the teeth’, in a kind, compassionate and understanding manner. Anita offers Direct Access Hygienist appointments without a dentist referral. Anita has embraced the challenge of a new life in Jersey and is looking forward to pursuing her hobbies of swimming, bodyboarding and cycling
