At your appointment, your dentist will recommend the ideal Dental Health Plan for your needs, affording you a saving of at least 10% on our private hygiene and examination fees.

Our Dental Health Plans start from just £19.00 per month (Gold Plan) and offer a simple way to spread the cost of your essential dental care and enjoy a host of benefits.

For an affordable monthly fee, we can provide you with a comprehensive programme to ensure your Dental Health and care for your smile in a friendly and professional environment.

Your Registration

There is a one-off joining fee of £10.00 for adults and £5.00 for children.

You may withdraw from the plan at any time by giving 3 months' notice in writing to CODEplan.

If a cancellation is made within 1 year of starting the Health Plan, any discount received during this time will be repayable to the practice.

Agilio Dental Plans is a trading name of CODEplan Ltd. CODEplan Ltd administers the collection of the subscriptions on our behalf.
