Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with anything at The Cosmetic Dental, in the first instance please contact Jeremy Willetts or Stefano Thomaidis they will be able to give you a copy of our complaints procedure should you require it
Within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint we will send you an initial acknowledgement. The complaint will then be investigated and correspondence with our findings will be sent within ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you are unhappy with our response and would like to take things further, you can contact The Dental Complaints organisation. An online form can be filled in at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk
